My Dam

 

Kia Ora everyone 

This is my dam I used scissors to cut the bottle in half. Then I went in my backyard and I used the shovel to get some bark. I used the glue to stick the bark on the bottle. I glued bark on the bottle for the decorations. Then I putted the other half of the bottle in front of the other half of bottle. Lastly I putted water inside the bottle. Then you have your dam.

This is the things you will need to make the 3d str   

First you fold it into a triangle

Then you fold all the other pieces of paper

Next fold towards you

Then open it back up and it will look like this

Then fold it towards the camera

Then cut the paper on the line short

Next ct the other pieces

Then fold both of them

do the rest too

keep doing it

make sure that you don't fold a big piece

glue it

then after you have finished making it you can make another  like mine
then put one star on top of the other
then glue the bottom star

and stick your top star on top of your bottom star

This was quite challenging for me but I really enjoyed this activity

Going on a treasure hunt with Nanogirl!

Kia ora my name is Jessie. I found doing this supplies treasure hunt really exciting. It mean't I got to look for all sorts of things I didn't really know we had in our home. So I was quite suprised to come across these supplies. I was thinking maybe I would need to buy some of the supplies. My name is Jessie and I made a slide about Maori language week because it is Maori language week and our teacher told me and my class that we were going to be pretending that we were a teacher the reason why our teacher wanted me and my class to pretend we were a teacher was because our teacher wanted to pretend that we were teaching a child and by giving our child Maori activities. Tongan Language Week

 

Today is Tongan Language Week and this is the tongan flag that I have made. I love my flag that I have made. I made my flag with my 2 kind friends. We thought of putting patterns on our awesome flags but we didn't because we wanted our flags to look like are real one. The white colour means purity and the red means blood of christ.
