Wow I have loved reading your version of Jingle Bells! You did a fantastic job.
It can be really tricky to rhyme and keep the rhythm but I was able to read your lyrics out loud to the tune.
My favourite line was “Children cheering, gifts appearing, Santa has made my day! Hey!”. I thought this really captured the spirit of the Christmases I had growing up.
I also thought mentioning the sun being out was a great kiwi touch.
